Hydro Recruiting is Hiring a Clinical RN Manager Near Modesto, CA
Hire, coach, and supervise a team including RN Case Managers, Clinic RNs, Medical Assistants, and other clinic staff.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, making recommendations for improvements in clinic operations.
Ensure nursing and clinic staff deliver and document interventions as per care plans.
Evaluate service quality and effectiveness in coordination with medical practice leadership and other relevant disciplines.
Lead clinical and nursing elements during audit reviews, developing and monitoring corrective action plans for ongoing compliance.
Unencumbered RN state license.
Minimum of two years’ experience in ambulatory clinic operation management.
Minimum of two years’ clinical experience with a frail or elderly population.
Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision).
